I'm a metalhead, vegan, homeschool Mom. My family and I relocated to the Hughes Springs area from North Texas in 2021. Attending several family events held by Crossroads-Cornett VFD became the highlight on the calendar for us. Now my Hubby of 13 years, is a volunteer firefighter for the department and I have the honor of being President of the Auxiliary. Becoming members of the VFD has made us feel like we are officially home.
